Turkish Pide


Pide is a flatbread with stuff on top it is also like crunchy pizza. Pide has three refer of different breads : flatbread , a boat shape bread called Ramzan pide , the first pide was a wrap various style like kebab . Alots of places they called it Pita but the turkish cuisine prefer called Pide because they maded .

They bake the pide in the oven at high temperatures about 450 º F / 232ºC so if you are baking be very careful because the oven need to be very hot, the pide pop up of the dough but when you take it out from the oven and then the the air in the pide starts to go out , sometime the pide is pop up all the time that is called "pocket-less pide." Pide it is so yummy so try it!!!
